For 30+ years Jennifer Bryan, Ph.D. has been helping individuals, schools, and organizations thrive. In her work as a teacher, psychologist, author and consultant, Jennifer’s relational approach to understanding human developmental supports children, adults and organizations alike as they grow and change. Her natural curiosity about systems, people, communication and leadership informs her work with administrators, teachers, trustees, parents and students, Using a dynamic, interactive approach Jennifer harnesses the energy and potential of all types of learning groups.
Currently as Founder and Principal of Team Finch Consultants Jennifer specializes in helping schools and organizations understand and address the complex and evolving landscape of gender and sexuality diversity. As the challenges of thinking about gender and sexuality in new ways continue to unfold, Jennifer provides thought leadership and practical guidance to schools, corporations, and non-profits across the country.
In her work with Leadership and Design, Jennifer is a facilitator for the playful, potent Wonder Women! conference. She brings a contemporary perspective on the intersection of gender, authority and leadership, as well as a deep understanding of group dynamics, to this unique learning laboratory for women educators. Further, Jennifer has teamed up with Ryan Burke from L+D to work with teams around issues of gender and culture.
