Leadership + Design is a collaborative of educators, strategists, and experience designers committed to transforming the work of leadership through intentionally designed experiences. Through our work, we seek to build capacity, create conversations that lead to action, and make connections between and among individuals, ideas, and organizations.

Become an L+Doer.
We are and are working to build a group of L+Doers: leaders who sit at the center of the overlapping qualities of strong design thinkers, change managers, and futurists. As design thinkers, L+Doers question assumptions, approach problems through a human-centered and collaborative angle, and actively prototype and test solutions. As managers and leaders of change, L+Doers listen carefully to others, work to maintain healthy team dynamics, and shepherd their communities through transformation processes. And as futurists, L+Doers imagine how our schools and organizations might need to adapt to rapid change and lean into the ambiguity and uncertainty such a frame requires. In all our work, we seek to build these three sets of habits and mindsets in leaders.
