“Being in a space with all women that felt supportive and engaging, and where everyone was invested in the process, made the experience very energizing and inclusive.”

Tara Eppinger, Academic Leader for Upper School Science, Durham Academy

“Leadership conferences often reference pursuit of a seat at the proverbial table. Imagine the joy of engaging in a conference intentionally designed for women by women where ideas of leadership were not centered in the metaphor of competing for a space shaped by traditional notions of leadership but instead we were gifted a week focused on learning and embracing our authentic selves and what it means to lead from that kind of space as a (wonder) woman. I left wonder women with new insight, skills and a community of women to call upon.”

Felicia McCreary, Upper Learning Principal at The Galloway School

“It was an honor to listen to other female leaders share their stories. And, just being together in a group of female leaders for the week was super powerful.”

Kristen Hyde, Principal, Bergen Meadow/Bergen Valley Elementary School

“In many ways, it helped me realize my signature presence was already defined — Wonder Women helped me combat my imposter syndrome surrounding my role as a leader. I also have found myself signal hunting in every day life now — a concept previously unfamiliar to me.”

Meghan Stauts, Director of Marketing & Communications, The Galloway School
