L+Doers Unite!

Are you an innovator looking for a community of educational creatives?

L+Doers Unite! is the membership program where L+Doers connect, build their capacity as innovators, and launch conversations that have impact.

In short, it’s a place for our people to find their people.

Free Members-Only Events

At least eight free events to connect to other edu creatives each year. These vary between formats like unconferences, facilitated workshops, a book club, and reflective activities. Learn about upcoming events here.

Tools For Your Team

Members will receive six L+D tools in their e-mail annually. This might be a video explaining a L+D concept for you to use with your team, an exercise or activity, a playlist to use at faculty meetings, or anything else that will help you practice more creative, joyful, and human leadership!

Slack Member Community

Access a dedicated workspace on Slack to share resources, ask questions, receive feedback, pick the brains of L+D consultants, and get connected to your people. L+Doers regularly use this Slack to think aloud about their work, request feedback, and explore how we shape the future of teaching and learning in schools.

Whether you’re part of a world-changing team or a single creative unicorn, there’s a membership for you.

“L+Doers Unite is that faculty meeting you love. You know the one: you explore substantive, relative topics and challenge each other to think in new ways about what could be for your students, colleagues, and school community. The one where you say to yourself, ‘if faculty meetings were like every time, I’d go every day.’”

— Derek Krein, Tabor Academy
