Wonder Women Rising is a virtual leadership program designed to help alumnae of any Leadership+Design Wonder Women or Fellowship experience deepen their leadership practice, reconnect with a powerful network, and continue rising in their careers and personal growth.

Over the course of six months, you'll engage in live virtual cohort gatherings, small peer pods, and powerful conversations that help you reflect on your identity, your signature leadership voice, and the impact you want to have. 

With inspiring guest speakers, curated program materials and gifts, and a community of bold, values-driven women, you’ll walk away re-energized and equipped for the road ahead.

Leadership Topics May Include:

  • Signature Presence Revisited: Deepening your authentic voice and refining your leadership stance

  • The Power of Personal Narrative: Exploring and leveraging your story to lead with purpose

  • Designing for Impact: Using human-centered design to influence change and navigate complexity

  • Vision & Influence: How to clarify, communicate, and live your leadership vision

  • Leading with Emotional Integrity: Staying grounded and empowered in emotionally complex contexts

  • Bold Conversations: Navigating difficult conversations with clarity and care

  • Changemaking in Uncertain Times: Holding hope and driving change in evolving educational landscapes

  • Connection as Strategy: Strengthening relationships and coalitions to support your work

  • From Insight to Action: Applying what you’ve learned to make meaningful leadership moves

What’s Included:

  • Monthly live cohort sessions (6 @ 75 minutes each)

  • Three peer pod conversations (optional opt-in; self-scheduled within designated weeks)

  • A 45-minute Kickoff and Closing Rapid Fire Talk featuring inspiring women leaders

  • Curated program materials and gifts, mailed to your door

  • Reflection tools, leadership prompts, and community connection

    • Optional topical reflection activities between sessions

Cohort Sessions: All sessions take place on Thursdays 12:00- 1:15 PM PT/ 3:00-4:15 PM ET

    Peer Pods*: All sessions will be scheduled by participants during the weeks of:

*Peer pods are groups of 3-5 participants engaged in a lightly facilitated session by an L+D partner to deepen and apply learning to real world situations. Peer Pods are optional. If you opt in, you’ll be matched with a small group, likely by time zone, and expected to attend all three pod meetings. 

Cancellation Policy:

L+D reserves the right to cancel this program if there is insufficient enrollment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified well in advance of the program launch and will be given a full refund.

Refund Policy:

When requested in writing, L+D will refund registration fees as follows: 75% of registration fee when requested 45 days or more from first day of the program start date; 50% of registration fee when requested 31–44 days from first day of the program start date; no refund within 30 days of the first day of the program start date.
