The L+D Residency

From time to time, we admit senior school leaders into our Residency program as an advanced experience in delivering L+D processes and tools. When we select Leaders in Residence, they will partner with each L+D partner on a rotations of client engagements, receive regular coaching, and take on responsibility for developing and delivering a selection of L+D services. Leaders in Residence receive a stipend as well as expenses-paid participation in L+D programs such as the Santa Fe Seminar, Wonder Women!, or BadAss Facilitators. Leaders in Residence may later considered for more frequent employment with L+D, or they may simply return to their current organization with an deepened toolkit as a facilitator, experience designer, and coach.

Potential Leaders in Residence should have a history of substantial participation in L+D programs, and a track record of facilitation experience, before inquiring about this opportunity. Senior school leaders who are interested in this type of development opportunity, but do not yet have those experiences, are encouraged to first apply for the L+D Fellowship.
